Website Payment Plan Agreement
Applies to payments made on a recurring basis during the duration of the payment agreement.
By entering into a payment plan agreement with DreamWeb Studio, you acknowledge that you have committed to a contract. You agree to pay the agreed-upon amount at the agreed-upon intervals. Breach of contract will result in legal action to remedy loss of assets, material, and company time.
Hosting Contract
Applies to monthly hosting payments during the duration of the hosting agreement.
You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. Should you cancel outside the allotted contract period, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the remaining value of your contract, calculated as [remaining months] × [monthly payment].
Monthly Marketing Contract
Applies to monthly marketing service payments during the duration of the agreement.
You understand and agree that you have committed to a contract. Should you cancel outside the allotted time, you agree to pay a cancellation fee calculated as [remaining months] × [monthly payment].
Refusal, Suspension, or Termination
There is no refund policy upon first payment and/or entering into an agreement with DreamWeb Studio. All payments are non-refundable for services rendered. We may, in our discretion, immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to services if we consider you in breach of these terms.
Rights to Content & Intellectual Property
All content, modifications, and assets built and used on your website are owned by you and your organization. Services rendered by DreamWeb Studio are aimed at modifying and maintaining your website’s content and consistency.
Intellectual Property Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require you to do the same. If you believe your intellectual property rights are being affected, please contact us with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the location of the alleged infringing material; (c) a description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed; and (d) a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
